Returns

Return Policy: Our goal is customer satisfaction. We guarantee everything we sell and will accept returns on all defective merchandise. Just not happy? Returns accepted on all purchases within 30 days in their original packing. A 25% restocking fee when returned after 30 days will be applied to all accounts.  All claims regarding any discrepancies must be reported within 15 days from date of delivery.

Returns after 30 days must be in writing and approved by Barnard Ltd. prior to sending merchandise. Only a store credit can be issued and a restocking fee applies in all cases.

Special Orders are not returnable.
